Xpanse®R Bone Insert
- The Xpanse® Bone Insert can be used in bone grafting procedures in combination with autologous bone or other forms of allograft bone, or alone as an individual bone allograft
- Utilizing patent-pending OsteoConforming™ Technology, the Xpanse® Bone Insert is designed to expand upon rehydration providing maximum surface area for graft to endplate contact
- Demineralized fibers expose naturally occurring growth factors and BMPs found in cortical bone
- Demineralized cancellous chips create a matrix for incorporation of new bone
- The Xpanse® Bone Insert is sized such that it fits within the GraftCage™ TLX spinal implants or can be used in other applications where allograft is used
