Grafton® DBM Crunch - a precise mixture of demineralized bone fibers and cubes. Histology shows the cubes to be osteoinductive with bone forming within the Haversian canals and remodeling from the inside out.
Grafton® DBM Crunch is unique and versatile. Use Crunch as you would use cancellous chips or cubes alone to support and maintain the site while actively promoting bone formation in a multitude of indications.
  • Trauma defects:
    – Fractures with significant bone loss
    – Tibial plateau fractures
    – Distal radius and pilon fractures
    – Non-unions

  • Bone cysts and tumors:
    – Unicameral or aneurysmal bone cysts
    – Benign tumors
    – Defects from tumor excision

  • Large foot and ankle defects:
    – Hindfoot or ankle arthrodesis
    – Calcaneal defects
